  • No food or drink to be sold specifically for immediate consumption.
  • Only agreed furniture can be brought on the day – if you are bringing additional furniture to your table, please state in the ‘special requirements’ section of the booking form.

Stallholders must agree to Trading Standards and Local Environmental Health Officers being contacted regarding any issues which may affect their ability to attend the market, and assist in any inspection required.

  • No raffles, tombola, lotteries or prize draws are allowed unless previously agreed with the organiser.
  • Stallholders are responsible for ensuring their displays and props do not obstruct or endanger in any way the public or any other stall-holder, and should be aware of their own and others’ health and safety. • Stallholders should keep their area clean and tidy and not obscure fire exits, or other stalls. We reserve the right to move/remove items which block fire exits.

  • Acceptance of applications and allocation of stall positions are at the discretion of the organisers. Stall-holders are not allowed to move or change their pitch themselves, without prior permission.
  • All payments are to accompany the booking and, if accepted, are non-refundable unless a suitable substitute stall-holder is booked or the event is cancelled.
  • The organiser and venue accept no liability for loss of earnings as a result of any circumstances, nor for any other action by any third party beyond their control.
