The splendid buffet caters for omnivores, vegetarians, vegans and of course gluten-free diners.  There will be a fine spread of a selection of the following:

Seasonal salads: Mediterranean Tomato Salad, Real Coleslaw, Bavarian Potato Salad, Herbed Millet, Moroccan Chickpea Salad with Olives, Persian Rice Salad.

There will be Dips and Dressings: Hummus, Cucumber Raita, Spiced Lentil, Lime Salsa, Summer Relish.

Savoury choices: Cheddar and Spring Onion Nests, Greek Tuna Rolls, Pizzarini, Mushroom Quichettes, Salmon and Leek Bouchées, Lentil Bollahs, Spicy Spinach Fritters, Bhaji.
